Chatham Lodging Trust (CLDT) Declares $0.10 Monthly Dividend; 5.6% Yield

Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 29, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.6 percent.
