Cracker Barrel (CBRL) Declares $1.10 Quarterly Dividend; 3.5% Yield

Cracker Barrel (NASDAQ: CBRL) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.10 per share, or $4.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 5, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 13, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
