Bristol-Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is a 2.7% increase from the prior dividend of $.37.

The dividend will be payable on February 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 4, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
