Box (BOX) Reports In-Line Q3 EPS, Offers Q4 & FY Guidance

Box (NYSE: BOX) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.31), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.31). Revenue for the quarter came in at $78.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $76.76 million.

GUIDANCE:

Box sees Q4 2016 revenue of $81-82 million, versus the consensus of $80.82 million.

• non-GAAP operating margin is expected to be in the range of (43%) to (44%).

Box sees FY2015 revenue of $299-300 million, versus the consensus of $296.71 million.

• non-GAAP operating margin is expected to be approximately (46%), raised from previous guidance of (47%) to (49%)
