Old Line Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: OLBK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on December 28, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 11, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 9, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
