QCR Holdings (QCRH) Declares $0.08 Semi-Annual Dividend; 0.7% Yield

QCR Holdings (NASDAQ: QCRH) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.16 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 6, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 18, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 16, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.7 percent.

Starting with this dividend, the board of directors has resolved to evaluate future dividend payments on a quarterly basis, as opposed to the current practice of semi-annual dividends.
