Atwood Oceanics (NYSE: ATW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share, or $0.3 annualized. This is a 70% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on January 13, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 6, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 2, 2015.
