Cato Corp. (CATO) Tops Q3 EPS by 4c; Comps Rose 2%; FY15 EPS Outlook Updated

Cato Corp. (NYSE: CATO) reported Q3 EPS of $0.30, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $223.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $225.5 million.

Same-store sales for the quarter increased 2%.

Guidance:

Cato Corp. sees FY2015 EPS of $2.31-$2.35, versus the consensus of $2.31.

Cato Corp. sees Q4 2015 EPS of $0.35-$0.39, versus the consensus of $0.38.
