C&F Financial (CFFI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.32; 3.3% Yield

C&F Financial (NASDAQ: CFFI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on January 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
