Sorl Auto Parts (NASDAQ: SORL) reported Q3 EPS of $0.11, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $50.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $61.21 million.

n light of weak third quarter results, management has decided to reduce its previous guidance for fiscal year 2015 to net sales of approximately $217 million and net income attributable to common stockholders of approximately $11.5 million. These targets are based on the Company's current views on the operating and market conditions, which are subject to change.
