MELA Sciences (MELA) Posts Q3 Loss of $1.29/Share

MELA Sciences (NASDAQ: MELA) reported Q3 EPS of ($1.29), versus the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $8.1 million.

The Q315 net loss included a non-cash deemed dividend of $3.0 million, other expense of $1.3 million for the change in fair value of warrant liability, $5.6 million in interest expense and $1.7 million in depreciation and amortization expenses.
