Investors Title Co (ITIC) Doubles Qtr. Dividend to 16c/Share; Yields 0.8%; Increases Buyback

Investors Title Co (NASDAQ: ITIC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 100% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2051, with an ex-dividend date of November 29, 2051.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.8 percent.

In addition, the Board increased its share repurchase authorization by 163,335 shares of Company common stock, bringing the total repurchase authorization up to 500,000 shares.
