D. R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 28% increase from the prior dividend of $0.0625.

The dividend will be payable on December 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 25, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
