United Bankshares (UBSI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.1% to $0.33; 3.1% Yield

United Bankshares (NASDAQ: UBSI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized. This is a 3.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.32.

The dividend will be payable on January 4, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 11, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 9, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
