Cedar Realty Trust (NYSE: CDR) reported Q3 FFO of $0.14, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $36.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $36.69 million.

Cedar Realty Trust sees FY2015 FFO of $0.53-$0.54, versus prior guidance of $0.52-$0.54.
