Aimco (NYSE: AIV) reported Q3 FFO of $0.57, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $0 versus the consensus estimate of $238.3 million.

Aimco sees Q4 2015 FFO of $0.56-$0.60, versus the consensus of $0.59.

Aimco sees FY2015 FFO of $2.20-$2.24, versus prior guidance of $2.16-$2.26 and the consensus of $2.23.
