Amsurg (AMSG) Tops Q3 EPS by 9c, Updates FY Guidance

Amsurg (NASDAQ: AMSG) reported Q3 EPS of $1.03, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.94. Revenue for the quarter came in at $650.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $632.48 million.

Amsurg sees Q4 2015 EPS of $1.03-$1.06, versus the consensus of $1.05.

Amsurg sees FY2015 EPS of $3.66-$3.69, versus prior guidance of $3.52-$3.59 and the consensus of $3.57. Amsurg sees FY2015 revenue of $2.52-2.54 billion, versus prior guidance of $2.50-2.52 billion and the consensus of $2.52 billion.
