Federal Signal Corp. (NYSE: FSS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.26, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $205.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $209 million.

Federal Signal Corp. sees FY2015 EPS of $1.00-$1.04, versus prior guidance of $0.95-$1.02 and the consensus of $1.00.
