Post Properties (PPS) Tops Q3 FFO by 1c; Lifts FY15 FFO Outlook

Post Properties (NYSE: PPS) reported Q3 FFO of $0.76, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $97.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $96.82 million.

Post Properties sees FY2015 FFO of $2.51-$2.56, versus prior guidance of $2.44-$2.52 and the consensus of $2.95.
