Empire District Electric (NYSE: EDE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 27, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
