Costco Wholesale (NASDAQ: COST) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 10, 2015.
