Brixmor Property Group (BRX) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.9% to $0.245; 3.8% Yield

Brixmor Property Group (NYSE: BRX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.245 per share, or $0.98 annualized. This is an 8.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.225.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 6, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 4, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
