Macerich (MAC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.6% to $0.68; 3.2% Yield

Macerich (NYSE: MAC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.68 per share, or $2.72 annualized. This is a 4.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.65.

The dividend will be payable on December 4, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 12, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 9, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
