Gorman-Rupp (GRC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5% to $0.105; 1.6% Yield

Gorman-Rupp (NYSE: GRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.105 per share, or $0.42 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 10, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
