Freescale Semi (FSL) Tops Q3 EPS by 5c, Q4 Revenue Guidance Comes in Light

Freescale Semi (NYSE: FSL) reported Q3 EPS of $0.54, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.12 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.15 billion.

Freescale Semi sees Q4 2015 revenue of $950-1100 million, versus the consensus of $1140 million.

• Gross margins of 45.5 percent, plus or minus 50 basis points.
