Bank Of Marin Bancorp (NASDAQ: BMRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on November 6, 2015, to stockholders of record on October 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of October 28, 2015.
