Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.56 per share, or $2.24 annualized. This is a 1.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.55.

The dividend will be payable on November 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 2, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of October 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.3 percent.
