RPM International (RPM) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.8% to $0.275; 2.5% Yield

RPM International (NYSE: RPM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 5.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on October 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on October 19, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of October 15, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
