Bank of the Ozarks (OZRK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.6% to $0.145; 1.3% Yield

Bank of the Ozarks (NASDAQ: OZRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share, or $0.58 annualized. This is a 3.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.140.

The dividend will be payable on October 23, 2015, to stockholders of record on October 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of October 14, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
