New York Mortgage Trust (NYMT) Lowers Quarterly Dividend 11.1% to $0.24; 14.4% Yield

New York Mortgage Trust (NASDAQ: NYMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is an 11.1% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on October 26, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 28, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 24, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 14.4 percent.
