Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5525 per share, or $2.21 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 9, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 21, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 17, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
