UPDATE: American Tower (AMT) Boosts Qtr. Dividend to 46c/Share; Yields 2.1%

American Tower (NYSE: AMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.46 per share, or $1.84 annualized. The dividend is an increase from the company's prior rate at $0.44.

The dividend will be payable on October 7, 0201, to stockholders of record on September 23, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 21, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
