Deutsche Bank maintained a Hold rating on Yingli Green Energy (NYSE: YGE) and trimmed its price target to $1.00 (from $1.50). Comments follow Q2 results. Analyst Vishal Shah thinks cash flow concerns will keep investors sidelined.
"Near term cash flow constraints will likely keep margins depressed as the company is unable to fund working capital necessary for full utilization. Debt payments due in the near term are dominating management attention and financial flexibility is limited, although management believes asset values have not been severally impacted by recent capital markets stress. We expect investors will stay on the sidelines until issues around impairments, cash flow, and debt payments are resolved," said Shah.
