Verizon Communications (VZ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.7% to $0.565; 4.9% Yield

Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.565 per share, or $2.26 annualized. This is a 2.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.55.

The dividend will be payable on November 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on October 9, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of October 7, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.9 percent.
