Vector Group (VGR) Declares $0.40 Quarterly Dividend, 5% Annual Stock Dividend

Vector Group (NYSE: VGR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.

Additionally, the Company declared its regular annual stock dividend of 5% for the 17th consecutive year.

The dividend will be payable on September 29, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 14, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.7 percent.
