Belden (BDC) Declares $0.05 Quarterly Dividend; Adds New Director

Belden (NYSE: BDC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 14, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.4 percent.
The company also announced that it has appointed Jonathan Klein as a Director and member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Klein currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of TAPP Media, a subscription video platform for content channels built around special interests and celebrity personalities. His prior experience includes roles as Executive Vice President of CBS News and later, President of CNN in the U.S.
