Brinker International (EAT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 14.3% to $0.32; Adds $250M to Common Buyback Plan

Brinker International (NYSE: EAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.28.

The dividend will be payable on September 24, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 4, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 2, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.

Brinker's Board of Directors also authorized an additional $250 million in share repurchases. With the additional amount, Brinker will have approximately $567 million in available authorization as of today's date.
