HCC Insurance Holdings (NYSE: HCC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.295 per share, or $1.18 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on October 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 29, 2015.
