Cato Corp. (NYSE: CATO) reported Q2 EPS of $0.56, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $251.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $251.9 million.

Second quarter same-store sales were flat to last year.
