ITC Holdings (NYSE: ITC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1875 per share, or $0.75 annualized. This is a 15.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1625.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 28, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
