United Community Banks (UCBI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.06; 1.2% Yield

United Community Banks (NASDAQ: UCBI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
