STORE Capital (STOR) Tops Q2 AFFO by 4c/Share; Boosts FY15 Outlook

STORE Capital (NYSE: STOR) reported Q2 AFFO of $0.36, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $68.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $64.1 million.

STORE Capital sees FY2015 AFFO of $1.38-$1.42, versus prior guidance of $1.34-$1.40 and the consensus of $1.32.
