Illinois Tool Works (ITW) Raises Quarterly Dividend 13.4% to $0.55; 2.5% Yield

Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized. This is a 13.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.485.

The dividend will be payable on October 6, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
