RenaissanceRe (RNR) Declares $0.30 Quarterly Dividend; $500M Buyback

RenaissanceRe (NYSE: RNR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.

In addition, the Board of Directors approved an increase in RenaissanceRe's share repurchase program, bringing the total current authorization to $500 million
