Jefferies downgraded Unilife Corporation (NASDAQ: UNIS) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $1.50 (from $8.00) on dilution and lack of commercial progress.
Analyst Raj Denhoy commented, "After several years of pushed out commercial timelines and increasing dilution, we find it increasingly difficult to support the story. We run the risk of missing the upswing but with limited visibility on when commercial sales will materialize, we are downgrading to Hold. PT to $1.50."
