Vectren Corp. (VVC) Tops Q2 EPS by 2c, Affirms Guidance

Vectren Corp. (NYSE: VVC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.43, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $551 million versus the consensus estimate of $526.03 million.

2015 earnings guidance affirmed

The company affirms its 2015 consolidated earnings guidance expectation to be within a range of $2.40 to $2.55 per share, but notes that there may be some pressure toward the lower end of the range related to Infrastructure Services' contribution
