Rexford Industrial Realty (REXR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.135; 3.7% Yield

Rexford Industrial Realty (NYSE: REXR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share, or $0.54 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 28, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
