HCP (HCP) Tops Q2 FFO by 3c/Share; Boosts FY15 FFO Outlook

HCP (NYSE: HCP) reported Q2 FFO of $0.79, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $607.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $585.32 million.

HCP sees FY2015 FFO of $3.14-$3.20, versus the consensus of $3.10.
