B/E Aerospace (beav) Declares $0.19 Quarterly Dividend; Will Commence Common Stock Buyback

B/E Aerospace (NASDAQ: beav) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 11, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 17, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.

In addition, the Company announced that it plans to initiate repurchases under its previously authorized share repurchase program.
