Tyco International (TYC) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c; Trims FY15 EPS Midpoint

Tyco International (NYSE: TYC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.59, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.49 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.52 billion.

Tyco International sees FY2015 EPS of $2.23-$2.25, versus prior guidance of $2.23-$2.27 and the consensus of $2.23.

Tyco International sees Q4 2015 EPS of $0.60-$0.62.
